On Move Day
We know that our clients want to be ready for the moving day to ensure everything goes smoothly. We have a well-established routine that helps us carry out the move in a timely and efficient manner. Here’s what you can expect on the moving day:
- We supply equipment such as; trolleys, blankets and straps.
- We dismantle your furniture and load the truck
- We take everything to the drop-off location.
- We set up everything in the new place just as you wish.
- We provide you with a stress free successful move!
- We provide you with the total bill – billed per half hour (see rates page for further detail).
- Heavy lift fees apply for any items over 100kg and is charged at $100 + GST.
- 1.5% card surcharge on all jobs.
- All jobs over the first hour are billed in half hourly increments.
- Half hour fuel is charged at the end of every job.
